Force Calibration Services
Calibration Procedures We Perform
We offer a variety of force calibration procedures to meet the needs of different instruments, applications, and industries. Our services include ASTM E74 calibrations for force-measuring devices that require detailed characterization, as well as pass/fail comparison procedures for applications where a direct verification against specified tolerances is required. By understanding each customer’s measurement goals, accuracy requirements, and operating conditions, we help select the most appropriate calibration method to provide reliable results and strong measurement confidence.
We offer ASTM E74 force calibration for force-measuring instruments that require detailed characterization and high-confidence measurement data. Depending on the instrument’s capacity range and performance, we perform this procedure with Class A or Class AA classifications to support accurate, traceable results for higher-tier force measurement applications.
We offer force calibration in accordance with the ISO 376 international standard for force-measuring instruments used in demanding measurement applications. Based on the instrument’s capacity range and performance, we provide classifications from Class 00 to Class 2 to support accurate, reliable, and internationally recognized force measurements.
We offer Pass/Fail comparison force calibration for instruments that require verification against defined acceptance limits. This procedure can be performed with guardbanding methods, such as ANSI Z540 Method 5, or without guardbanded decision rules, depending on the customer’s specifications, tolerance requirements, risk level, and quality system needs.
